This Privacy Policy Statement (“Policy”) explains how we collect, use, store, protect, and dispose of your personal data when you engage our photobooth or photography services, visit our studio, or interact with us online. We encourage you to read this Policy carefully.

5. Photo and Image Retention Policy

All photos and digital images captured or stored by MVN Photostudio are subject to our retention schedule below. We strongly encourage clients to download and back up all delivered images promptly. MVN Photostudio shall not be held liable for any loss of images deleted in accordance with this schedule.

- Report the breach to the National Privacy Commission (NPC) within 72 hours of discovery, in accordance with NPC guidelines
